English Team Leader

As an English Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead the training of our Coders while contributing to the development of their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Your main responsibilities as an English Team Leader are:

• Conduct sessions for Coders in compliance with the program’s standards.
• Generate standard documentation and create support resources for classes and
  reinforcement activities.
• Ensure the application and evaluation of workshops, exams, projects, challenges,
  and other formative components.
• Provide guidance, tutoring, and address doubts and queries from the Coders.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on English projects completed by the Coders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the training methodology.
• Perform academic activities, share knowledge, provide support, or other tasks as
  defined by the operations management.

Requirements / Knowledge:

• Educational Background: Technician or Technologist in training, pedagogy, or
• related fields; university degree in education, foreign languages, translation, or
• related fields.
• English Certification: Valid certification of advanced English level, such as TOEFL,
  APTIS, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching the English language,
  whether in academic, business, or institutional settings.
• Pedagogical Knowledge: Training and experience in pedagogy applied to language
  teaching, with the ability to adapt methods according to the needs of the group.
• Group Management: Experience in managing and coordinating teams, with skills
  to motivate and guide students or workgroups in an educational environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate in both English and
  Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
• Proactive Attitude: Ability to take initiative, work independently and as part of a
  team, and adapt to different educational environments.
• Digital Competencies: Proficiency in technological tools applied to teaching
  (online learning platforms, collaboration tools, etc.).
• Availability: Commitment and availability to meet class schedules and assigned
  responsibilities.
