Your main responsibilities are:
- Analyze the learning needs of coders.
- Design resources and products that enhance training content.
- Review educational content created by subject matter experts, ensuring it meets established learning objectives and quality standards.
- Develop digital educational materials and products.
- Implement evaluation strategies and collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective training experiences.
- Assist in scripting courses.
- Create formats for the instructional design of the organization’s current and future courses.
- Support the proofreading and application of APA standards to academic documents.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the educational field to suggest improvements and updates in tools, equipment, and processes as needed.
- Address and manage requests and/or requirements from your direct supervisor or process leaders in a timely manner.
Requirements / Knowledge
- Professional degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Multimedia Engineering, Social Communication, or a related field.
- Four (4) years of experience related to the creation of pedagogical proposals using virtual platforms, instructional design, or defining evaluation and grading methodologies for virtual courses.
- Experience in creating scripts, plans, and educational content and resources, from identifying the most appropriate media for the target audience.
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
- Writing, editing, spelling, and communication skills.
- Skills in lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Skills in writing, assertive communication, and knowledge of differential, gender, and diversity approaches.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for businesses and organizational management tools.
