Junior IT Analyst

Your main responsibilities are:

• Install, configure, operate, and maintain the company’s computer systems and servers.
• Create and manage system permissions and user accounts.
• Maintain security measures and system updates.
• Configure and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet connections, as well as troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Perform backups and manage disaster recovery.
• Monitor system performance and carry out preventive maintenance to ensure stability and optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Document procedures, configurations, and system changes.
• Participate in IT projects, contributing technical knowledge and managing the implementation of solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Requirements / Knowledge:

• Technical degree in Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
• Previous experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of operating systems.
• Experience in network administration and security systems.
• Knowledge of monitoring and management tools.
