Schedule: Monday to Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Some Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Main Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors to the office and directing them to the appropriate areas or people.
- Answering phone calls and messages and redirecting them in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Monitoring the security of the office by following protocols for registering the entry and exit of individuals.
- Assisting with the reservation of rooms and coworking spaces.
- Handling the delivery and receipt of packages.
- Charging and invoicing for coworking services.
- Preparing quotes for items needed for the office.
- Documenting the daily processes of the office.
- Completing sales and prospecting reports for coworking.
- Coordinating logistics for events and meetings.
- Managing tasks assigned by the office coordinator or operations director.
Requirements / Knowledge:
Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints and queries (PQRs).
Technician, Technologist, or student in Administration, Social Communication, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field.
+1 year of experience in customer service, reception, secretarial roles, or similar.
Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong communication skills, active listening, customer service protocols, flexibility, and initiative.
