Two schedule options:
Option 1: Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Some Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Option 2: Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Some Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Your main responsibilities are.
● Receiving visitors arriving at the headquarters and directing them to appropriate areas or persons.
● Answering phone calls and messages to direct them in an appropriate and timely manner.
● Monitoring the security of the headquarters following the protocols for check-in and check-out of people.
● Support in the reservation of rooms and coworking spaces.
● Carry out the delivery and counter receipt of parcels.
● Collection and invoicing of Coworking services.
● Performing quotations for items required for the venue.
● Documenting day-to-day processes of the site
● Fill out coworking sales and prospect reports
● Coordinate the logistics of events and meetings.
● Manage tasks that are generated by the headquarters coordination or operations management.
Requirements / Skills
● Technician, Technologist or student of Administration, Social Communication, Marketing, Customer Service and Customer Care or similar.
● +1 year of experience developing customer service, customer service, reception, secretarial or related roles.
● Knowledge in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
● Assertive communication skills, active listening, customer service protocols, flexibility and initiative.
● Ability to handle and resolve PQR’s.
