SENA Apprentice - Administrative Careers or Related Fields - RIWI

As an Administrative SENA Apprentice, you will support planning, organizational management, and program development while gaining experience in a company that drives digital talent. Are you the Administrative SENA Apprentice we are looking for?

Responsabilities of the SENA apprentice:

  • Support in the planning of activities that respond to the needs of the area, as well as the company’s objectives.
  • Collaborate in the development of organizational improvement programs derived
    from the administrative function.
  • Support the development of programs for the assigned area, following regulations
    and best work practices.
  • Assist in organizing events that promote business relationships, considering the
    company’s social objective.
  • Collaborate in the management of human resources according to the
    organization’s needs.
  • Propose alternatives for improvement according to the functions of the
    administrative unit.
  • Verify and propose solutions to contribute to achieving organizational goals,
    based on the level of responsibility for the assigned tasks.
  • Process the necessary information to support decision-making within the
    organization.
  • Facilitate service to internal and external clients, ensuring that organizational
    policies are followed.
  • Collaborate in the accounting of operations according to current regulations and
    organizational policies.

Requirements / Knowledge:

  • Students of technical or technological careers in administrative areas or related fields.
  • Not having signed an apprenticeship contract.
  • Availability to work on-site in the city of Medellín.
  • Basic knowledge of the Office suite (email, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent attitude and willingness to learn.
