We are looking for our next B2B Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct market research to understand trends, consumer preferences, and the competitive dynamics in Riwi’s sector.
  • Define and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Drive lead generation and business customer acquisition.
  • Strengthen relationships with potential customers.
  • Continuously monitor and review campaigns based on data analysis and performance metrics, as well as propose loyalty campaigns to increase repeat business and improve customer experience, presenting necessary reports for decision-making.
  • Coordinate Content and Social Media, leveraging the capabilities of our partners and ensuring that the content aligns with the brand strategy.
  • Develop strategies to engage the audience and foster B2B customer loyalty, proposing the implementation of loyalty programs and relationship marketing in collaboration with the commercial team.
  • Optimize the conversion funnel: Use analytical tools to continuously track campaign performance and segment growth, analyze the B2B customer lifecycle to improve conversion, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Process data related to leads and qualified leads from various sources and create effective segments that allow for the customization of marketing and commercial strategies.
  • Design dashboards and visualizations that facilitate data interpretation by marketing and commercial teams.
  • Develop strategic partnerships: Identify opportunities to establish strategic collaborations with other companies in Riwi’s industry space and participate in business events and networks.
  • Create and lead different events tailored for the B2B segment.
  • Work closely with teams from different areas (marketing, commercial, and operations) to understand their information needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Anticipate future market trends and behaviors, trade shows, and ecosystem events to remain commercially active.

Requirements / Knowledge:

  • Professional with 5 years of experience, graduated in fields related to Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or similar.
  • Experience with CRM systems for tracking and analyzing leads.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SPSS, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in office tools.
  • English level B2 or higher.
