What is a Coder?
A person who can write code and is proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, etc. Additionally, they are responsible for the internal and conceptual development of software, whether it's web or app development. They handle the logic, data, and analysis to ensure that information is correctly processed, allowing the software to flow in its purpose of scalability and user experience.
How does it work?
For eight months, we will provide you with all the training tools, personal and technical development, which will guide you towards your transformation as a professional and a better human being. Afterwards, with the support of our partners, we will offer you job opportunities in high-performance teams.
Requirements
To become a future coder
- Interest in coding and software development areas.
- Individuals with discipline, a drive to succeed, effort, dedication and positive attitude.
- Availability of 8 in-person hours at our facilities from Monday to Friday.
- You should be between 18 and 28 years old.
- A logic admission test will be conducted; no prior knowledge of software development is required.
- An agreement will be signed in which Riwi, in collaboration with one of our sponsoring companies, will provide you with free software development training, with no subsequent payment required, as long as you complete the 8 months of training and commit to a 12 month tenure with the hiring company.

Upon completing your training, Riwi has a three-month period to place you in a company. If you are not placed within these three months, you are free to seek employment on your own without losing the benefit of forgiveness.
8 hours in person in our facilities
It is an agreement that is signed between you and Riwi.
Riwi commits to providing you with software development training without any cost to you, as long as you complete the 8 months of training and remain employed with one of the program’s sponsoring companies, whether they are national or international, for 12 months. In this company, you will be hired and receive a salary in line with the market, and 100% of it goes to you!
If you decide to leave on your own, whether from the program or the company, you will be required to pay a certain amount of money to compensate for your decision.
Yes. 6 a.m. a 2 p.m. y de 2 pm a 10 pm Monday to Friday.
We have classes from Monday to Friday, but on Saturdays, we offer optional support for tutoring and special projects.
Yes. We consider English to be a fundamental tool for good performance in tasks within the technology field.
No. You must meet all our requirements: passion for technology, discipline, effort, dedication, pass entrance exams, availability for 8 hours daily during 8 months of training, commitment to 12 months in the company, and the suggested age is 18-28 years.
