Your main responsibilities are:
● Market research to identify new potential channels and target customers.
● Creation and administration of prospect databases self-generated by the Commercial Management.
● Cold prospecting of new potential customers through phone calls, emails and virtual or face-to-face meetings.
● Generation of qualified leads and opportunities for the commercial team.
● Coordination of commercial meetings and visits.
● Supporting the negotiation phase and business closings.
● Supporting the execution of the marketing strategy.
● Coordinate internally with different areas and people in the company to ensure optimal and timely delivery of information to the customer.(Training / Operations / Marketing etc).
● Timely recording of activities, tasks and business opportunities in the CRM tool defined by the company.
● Handling and updating CRM according to business management.
● Participate in trade fairs and networking activities.
● Full support and accompaniment during customer sales phases.
● Identifying insights and being the voice of the B2B customer for continuous product improvement.
● Customer support and management during the onboarding phase (proposal sending – contract sending – follow up).
● Back office work “post sale closing”; make quotations.
● Review customer invoices and documentation.
● Prepare estimates and proposals for the sales team .
● Manage and drive open and transparent communication channels between the customer and Riwi .
Requirements / Knowledge
● Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Business or related careers.
● Minimum 3 years of previous experience in sales, lead generation or commercial relationships in the technology industry.
● Knowledge of prospecting, opening, networking and cold contact.
● Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
● Customer orientation and focus on user experience.
● Proficiency in digital tools and CRM
● English B1 or higher desirable
