We’re looking for a Product Owner to lead the execution of projects for external clients, optimize processes with a strategic vision, and drive the development of high-value tech products.
As Product Owner, your main responsabilities are:
- Design, develop, and execute detailed plans for delivering projects sold to companies (external clients) by the commercial team, setting objectives, deadlines, and necessary resources.
- Coordinate and orchestrate with different areas of Riwi involved in projects sold
to external clients, assigning tasks and goals to ensure proper
delivery/implementation. - Strategically prioritize functions for scaling requests and providing attention to
external clients, as well as establishing the method of follow-up on their solutions. - Effectively communicate the needs of the external client to different Riwi teams
to ensure proper alignment and management, acting as the “voice of the external
client.” - Continuously analyze the global market situation to bring proposals on how to stay
ahead and align with the needs of external clients. - Evaluate, along with the commercial team, the product acceptance (productmarket fit) and follow up with external clients, strengthening client knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and training team to achieve the
company’s objectives. - Propose improvement plans for the product based on client feedback and market
needs (deeper understanding), managing expectations with other Riwi areas. - Generate reports, plan deliveries, create roadmaps, and establish measurement of
results for the product and projects delivered/implemented to support decisionmaking for the commercial and training teams. - Organize and manage deliverables, as well as follow up with clients and/or
sponsors during the process, ensuring successful delivery/project closure. - Design training modules in agile methodologies for Coders and Riwi collaborators.
- Implement the training plan in agile methodologies for Coders and Riwi
collaborators. - Perform other training or commercial tasks assigned to meet the company’s
objectives.
Requirements / Knowledge:
- Professionals in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
- Over 4 years of experience in product management, administration, or ownership.
- Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, product development life cycles, and
software engineering practices. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to
influence and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
