Your main responsibilities are

● Support the talent attraction and selection process by publishing vacancies,
conducting cold searches and profiling the best candidates through
phone calls
● Schedule the different phases of the selection process such as interviews
with leaders, sending technical tests, etc. and carry out the respective follow-up
● Schedule pre-entry medical exams and communicate with candidates, as well
as consult results and report any news
● Create and manage collaborator folder with information and entry documents,
medical examination report, support for social affiliations and contract
● Work multidisciplinarily with areas involved in the selection process
to ensure the correct management and experience of the new employee
(IT – Administrative)

● Provide support for other activities arising from Human Talent.

Requirements / Knowledge

● Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Talent teams, supporting different areas and performing operational tasks.
● Knowledge and understanding of selection and attraction processes.
● Self-learning skills, initiative, analytical capacity, proactivity,
resourcefulness.
● High interest in working with people, supporting the culture and generating
commitment.
