Responsabilities of the SENA apprentice:
- Support in the planning of activities that respond to the needs of the area, as well as the company’s objectives.
- Collaborate in the development of organizational improvement programs derived
from the administrative function. - Support the development of programs for the assigned area, following regulations
and best work practices. - Assist in organizing events that promote business relationships, considering the
company’s social objective. - Collaborate in the management of human resources according to the
organization’s needs. - Propose alternatives for improvement according to the functions of the
administrative unit. - Verify and propose solutions to contribute to achieving organizational goals,
based on the level of responsibility for the assigned tasks. - Process the necessary information to support decision-making within the
organization. - Facilitate service to internal and external clients, ensuring that organizational
policies are followed. - Collaborate in the accounting of operations according to current regulations and
organizational policies.
Requirements / Knowledge:
- Students of technical or technological careers in administrative areas or related fields.
- Not having signed an apprenticeship contract.
- Availability to work on-site in the city of Medellín.
- Basic knowledge of the Office suite (email, Excel, Word).
- Excellent attitude and willingness to learn.
