We are looking for our next Team Leader Back-End to join our training team. Learn more about who we are, what drives us, and the challenges and responsibilities that the person assuming this role would have.
Schedule: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
On-site work
Your main responsibilities are:
- Conduct training sessions for Coders, adhering to program standards.
- Generate standard documentation and create support resources for training sessions and reinforcements.
- Ensure the application and evaluation of workshops, exams, projects, challenges, and other training components.
- Provide guidance, tutoring, and resolve questions and inquiries from Coders.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on Coders’ development projects.
- Administer technical knowledge tests during training, determining which Coders continue in the program.
- Contribute positively and effectively through strategies and actions with multidisciplinary teams (Human Talent / Training Leader / Team Leader) to promote healthy coexistence, cohesion, assertive communication, and safety.
- Develop reusable and scalable Back-End components.
- Work closely with the product team, Front-End developers, and other team members to ensure smooth integration between the Front-End and Back-End of the application.
Requirements / Knowledge
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Back-End developer.
- Hands-on experience with Nest.js, Spring Boot.
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Knowledge of C# is desirable.
- Integration with web services (APIs).
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to technological changes.
