Team Leader Fullstack

Your main responsibilities are:

• Conduct training sessions for Coders, adhering to program standards.
• Generate standard documentation and create support resources for training sessions and reinforcements.
• Ensure the application and evaluation of workshops, exams, projects, challenges, and other training components.
• Provide guidance, tutoring, and resolve questions and inquiries from Coders.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on Coders’ development projects.
• Administer technical knowledge tests during training, determining which Coders continue in the program.
• Contribute positively and effectively through strategies and actions with multidisciplinary teams (Human Talent / Training Leader / Team Leader) to promote healthy coexistence, cohesion, assertive communication, and safety.
• Develop web applications using the MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, Node.js) or MEARN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, React.js, Node.js) stack.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Create and maintain MongoDB databases, including schema design and efficient queries.
• Desired and valuable skills in developing interactive user interfaces using Angular or React.js.
• We are intensive in the use and training of NestJs and NextJs, so you will stand out if you are already familiar with these frameworks.

Requirements / Knowledge:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Fullstack developer.
• Previous experience in web development using the MEAN or MEARN stack.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience in developing applications using Angular and/or React.js.
• Proficient programming skills in Node.js and experience with Express.js.
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Practical knowledge of MongoDB and experience in data manipulation.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Ability to work in an agile and collaborative environment.
• Experience with frameworks like NestJS and Next.js will be highly valued.
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive web design and development principles.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both Spanish and English, to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
