Team Leader in Communication and Leadership - RIWI

At Riwi.io, we’re seeking a Team Leader of Leadership and Communication to empower our coders by developing their socio-emotional skills and creating innovative learning spaces.

Responsibilities

Workshop Leadership:

• Design and lead workshops to strengthen coders’ oral and written communication skills, including presentation techniques, clear and effective expression, and active listening.

• Provide constructive feedback on coders’ communication styles, technical concept translation, and areas for improvement, fostering a hands-on, participatory learning environment.

Skill Development:

• Plan and execute workshops on practical life skills such as decision-making, team management, conflict resolution, financial planning, and time management.

• Guide coders in discovering and enhancing their leadership strengths, helping them set clear goals for personal and professional growth.

Personalized Support:

• Establish protocols and processes for personalized follow-up, addressing individual needs that require special attention.

Process Improvement:

• Propose and implement improvements in the program’s communication processes, integrating new tools and methodologies to optimize sessions and ensure training success.

Coder Impact:

• Develop and implement strategies to positively impact coders’ lives, supporting their adaptation and persistence in the program.

Analysis and Reporting:

• Create detailed reports and analyses of coders’ progress, focusing on employability characteristics for the tech sector, including mental health, interpersonal relationships, and overall development.

Additional Duties:

• Support other training processes as assigned by the direct leader.

What We’re Looking For

Education and Background:

• Degree in social or human sciences (Psychology, Social Work, or related fields).

Experience and Skills:

• Proven leadership experience in team training, effective communication, and socio-emotional skill development.

• Passion for helping people grow and creating dynamic, positive learning environments.

• Strong ability to build trust with coders and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Mindset and Commitment:

• A proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong dedication to coders’ holistic development.
