Your main responsibilities are:

  • Create, manage, and update the training program in socio-emotional skills.
  • Conduct assigned training sessions in person, following the established methodology, ensuring compliance with the schedule, scope, and required quality.
  • Analyze and interpret the reality of the community, providing solutions to problems, addressing demands or needs, and organizing services for their well-being.
  • Contribute positively and effectively through strategies and actions with multidisciplinary teams (Human Talent / Training Leader / Team Leader) to promote healthy coexistence, cohesion, assertive communication, and safety.
  • Design prevention, action, and reaction plans for various issues that may arise with coders, either in training or social contexts.
  • Promote and create cultural spaces that contribute to student well-being and add value to their life projects.
  • Ensure that academic activities reflect Riwi’s values and identity.
  • Design and lead workshops that enhance coders’ oral and written communication skills, including presentation techniques, clear and effective expression, and active listening skills.
  • Provide constructive feedback to coders on their communication style and areas for improvement. Create a participatory learning environment that encourages the practice of communication skills in various contexts.
  • Plan and conduct leadership development workshops, covering topics such as decision-making, team management, conflict resolution, and motivation.
  • Guide coders in identifying and enhancing their strengths as leaders and in setting personal leadership goals.
  • Implement programs and workshops that teach practical life skills, such as time management, decision-making, problem-solving, and financial planning.

Requirements / Knowledge:

  • Knowledge in project design, processes, and workflows.
  • Ability to be open, practice active listening, collaborate, and demonstrate a sense of belonging and balance.
  • Understanding of teaching methods and academic support.
  • Skills and knowledge in psychology, social work, or related fields.
