We are looking for our next English Team Leader to join our training team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Creating, managing, and updating the English training program.
  • Attending assigned training sessions in person, following the established methodology, adhering to the schedule, scope, and required quality.
  • Generating standard documentation and creating support resources for training sessions and reinforcements.
  • Ensuring the application and evaluation of workshops, exams, projects, challenges, and other training components.
  • Providing advice, tutoring, and resolving doubts and queries from the Coders.
  • Supporting the learning processes of the Coders according to the training team’s guidelines.
  • Positively and effectively contributing through strategies and actions with multidisciplinary teams (Human Talent / Training Leader / Team Leader) to promote healthy coexistence, cohesion, assertive communication, and safety.
  • Monitoring and ensuring that Riwi’s values and DNA are present in the academic environment.

Requirements / Knowledge:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an English teacher.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to technological changes.
  • Openness, active listening, collaboration, sense of belonging, and balance.
  • Understanding of teaching methods and academic support.
