Your main responsibilities are:

● Supporting the talent attraction and selection process by posting job vacancies, conducting cold searches, and screening top candidates through phone calls.
● Scheduling the various stages of the selection process, such as interviews with leaders, sending technical tests, etc., and performing the respective follow-ups.
● Arranging pre-employment medical exams and communicating with candidates, as well as checking results and reporting any updates.
● Creating and managing employee files with entry information and documents, medical exam reports, social affiliation support, and contracts.
● Collaborating with the departments involved in the selection process to ensure proper management and a positive experience for new employees (IT – Administrative).
● Assisting in the onboarding phase, coordinating with the direct leader of each role to schedule follow-up sessions and evaluate the probationary period.
● Establishing and supporting partnerships/agreements aimed at employee well-being.
● Managing existing wellness activities, such as celebrations.
● Reporting updates such as sick leaves, vacations, among others.
● Supporting other wellness, training, development, and occupational health and safety activities.
● Proposing and creating work dynamics for the Human Talent team in line with market needs and the Tech sector.
● Providing operational support and management for the communications committee and internal organizational communication.

Requirements / Knowledge:
● Final-year student or graduate in Psychology, Administration, Law, or related fields.
● At least 6 months of experience in Human Talent teams, providing support to various departments and carrying out operational tasks.
● Knowledge and understanding of the different processes within a Human Talent team.
● Self-learning skills, initiative, analytical ability, proactivity, resourcefulness.
● Strong interest in working with people, supporting culture, and fostering commitment.
