Schedule: Monday to Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Some Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors to the office and directing them to the appropriate areas or people.
  • Answering phone calls and messages and redirecting them in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Monitoring the security of the office by following protocols for registering the entry and exit of individuals.
  • Assisting with the reservation of rooms and coworking spaces.
  • Handling the delivery and receipt of packages.
  • Charging and invoicing for coworking services.
  • Preparing quotes for items needed for the office.
  • Documenting the daily processes of the office.
  • Completing sales and prospecting reports for coworking.
  • Coordinating logistics for events and meetings.
  • Managing tasks assigned by the office coordinator or operations director.

Requirements / Knowledge:

Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints and queries (PQRs).

Technician, Technologist, or student in Administration, Social Communication, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field.

+1 year of experience in customer service, reception, secretarial roles, or similar.

Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Strong communication skills, active listening, customer service protocols, flexibility, and initiative.
